2. Study/understand the new products/service/technology available in the market
3. Understand the customer requirements specifically in marine industry
4.Find out the problem solving methods for issues through several brainstorming sections
5.Implement a method of process for R&D projects
6.Organize the components/equipment required in proper way.
7.Raise the purchase request timely for projects.
9. Design the system for prototype(Alpha,Beta and pilot) development and testing.
10.Coordinate the inhouse activities of R&D projects for single aim achievement
11.Do the project Planning for each projects and monitor the same for a fixed tenure.Complete the project depends on the fund availability.
12.Monitor the contracted R&D and keep the records for tracking the project status
13.Do the budgeted costing for inhouse R&D,Contracted R&D and joint R&D projects
14.Tracking the actual costing and compare with budgeted costing for in house R&D,Contracted R&D and joint R&D projects.
15.Implement or testing of the prototype developed. Prototype turns into products depends on the Man power availability and fund availability.
16.Record the pros and cons of each prototype while testing.Keep the testing reports
17.Do the necessary changes/modifications in each stages for continuous improvement of the product.
18.Aware/Understand the standards required for products/service.
19.Raise the fund requirement for each project on required time basis
20.Technical support to marketing department on new products developed.
Qualification
- B tech in electrical and Electronics engineering
- Minimum 5 years Experience in Low voltage and High Voltage Energy storage system integration and testing
- Experience in Design and integration of LFP battery pack
- Experience in various programming languages, especially C,CPP,Python, Matlab Simulink etc
